Welcome to NLP Google Sheet Extension! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of NLP Google Sheet Extension (the “Add-On”) for Google Sheets, provided by Natural Language Processing Ltd (“NLP Ltd”). By installing or using the Add-On, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Add-On.
Use of the Add-On
The Add-On is designed to enhance the functionality of Google Sheets by providing additional features and tools. THE ADD-ON IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, NLP LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NLP LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ADD-ON OR ANY CONTENT OR MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE ADD-ON.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Add-On at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately uninstall the Add-On and delete any copies of the Add-On in your possession.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website or within the Add-On. By continuing to use the Add-On after we have posted a revised version of these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Google Add-on (Privacy)
NLP – Text Workers Toolkit (TWoTK) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
